Zeighfred Cancio has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of sales, including remodeling, buildings, managing, and marketing both residential and commercial properties. He is responsible for leadership and management of all the partners. Ziggy invested in residential and commercial real estate and managed a portfolio of rental properties. With Zeighfred’s past experience in managing difficult projects and challenging market conditions, he is able to overcome difficulties and surprises that inevitably arise in residential and commercial construction. Ziggy’s goal is to build a lasting partnership based upon trust, honesty, and open communication.

Zeighfred serves as a Chairman of the Board for Aprayer4Alex, a non-profit organization that provides emotional and financial support to children coping with life-threatening illnesses. Aprayer4Alex honors the life of Alexandra L. Cancio, who battled Neuroblastoma, a pediatric cancer, for 9 years and 11 months. Alex passed away at 14 years old on August 12, 2013.
