He serves as Chairman of the Board of APrayer4Alex, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing emotional and financial support to children battling life-threatening illnesses. The organization honors the life and legacy of Alexandra L. Cancio, a remarkable young girl who fought Neuroblastoma — a devastating form of pediatric cancer — with extraordinary courage for nearly ten years. Alex passed away on August 12, 2013, at just 14 years old. Her spirit continues to inspire the organization's mission and the lives it touches every day.

Dani's journey reflects a blend of discipline, vision, and purpose. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a major in Information Technology from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines in 1999, he built a successful and wide-ranging career in IT. Beginning as a Software Engineer at a banking software consulting firm, he developed strong problem-solving skills before advancing into senior leadership roles.

At a global consulting company, he led complex, large-scale programs, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery. He later served as IT Manager for a major off-price retailer in Massachusetts, driving transformation and operational excellence — ultimately accumulating over two decades of leadership experience in the technology industry.

Alongside his IT career, Dani was quietly and steadily building a parallel path in real estate. Shortly after graduating, he purchased his first condominium unit and converted it into a rental property, demonstrating an early and instinctive understanding of long-term investment and financial growth. Over the years, he expanded into land acquisitions, additional properties, renovations, and new home construction, while also exploring ventures in insurance, personal investments, and health-focused businesses — all grounded in his passion for helping people build more secure futures.

In May 2026, he made the bold decision to transition fully into real estate investing, a field he had long considered his true calling. Today, Dani brings the full weight of his IT leadership background — project management, data-driven decision-making, risk management, and team leadership — to the business of building and scaling a purposeful real estate portfolio.
