He serves as Chairman of the Board of APrayer4Alex, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing emotional and financial support to children battling life-threatening illnesses. The organization honors the life and legacy of Alexandra L. Cancio, a remarkable young girl who fought Neuroblastoma — a devastating form of pediatric cancer — with extraordinary courage for nearly ten years. Alex passed away on August 12, 2013, at just 14 years old. Her spirit continues to inspire the organization's mission and the lives it touches every day.

Her academic foundation reflects a broad intellectual curiosity. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of the East (1982) and later pursued an Associate in Arts in Psychology from Philippine Christian University (1986) — a background that continues to inform her empathetic, client-centered approach to this day.

Before entering real estate, Rosanna channeled her passion for family and community into running Children at Work and Play Day Care in Parkville, Maryland, which she owned and operated for over three decades, from 1991 to 2022. There, she honed exceptional organizational, communication, and family service skills that would prove invaluable in her next chapter.

Her real estate career began in 2003, and she has since built a reputation as a trusted, knowledgeable, and highly personalized Realtor serving clients throughout Maryland and Pennsylvania. Licensed in both states, she spent nearly two decades with Coldwell Banker Realty in White Marsh, Maryland, where she was recognized for her professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. She currently works with BHHS PenFed Realty, where she specializes in residential and investment properties — bringing deep market knowledge to Smart Equity Partners' property acquisition efforts.

Bilingual in English and Filipino, Rosanna connects authentically with a diverse clientele. Her background in psychology gives her a distinctive edge in understanding client needs, managing negotiations, and guiding people through one of the most significant decisions of their lives. A committed professional, she regularly participates in continuing education to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Charmine T. Manuguid serves as Partner Relations Support Manager at Smart Equity Partners, where she plays a vital role in nurturing and strengthening the relationships that drive the company's growth.
